1. Recebimento do material coletado - Material da coleta é recebido através de caminhões.

2. Início do processo - Um ou mais operadores alimentam a esteira primaria com as sacolas de resíduos recebidas.

3. Abridor de sacolas - Este equipamento tem por finalidade realizar a abertura dos sacos recebidas dos coletores, este equipamento elimina o contato do operador do processo com possíveis contaminantes oriundos do lixo recebido,.

4. Separador de materiais leves - Esse equipamento como o nome diz tem a função de separar o material que possivelmente esteja comprimido pelos caminhões de coleta e fará com estes materiais fiquem soltos.

5. Separador de Metais - Este equipamento está acoplado à esteira de saída 2 como já citado tem a função de separar os materiais ferrosos, este equipamento funciona de forma automática.

6. Esteira de Triagem 1 - Nessa linha os materiais leves vindo do desaglutinador ficam disponíveis para coleta final.

7. Esteira de triagem 2 - Linha principal, onde a maior parte do material passa para a seleção final.

8. Material pronto para reciclagem - Recipientes já ficam prontos a espera do material separado e selecionado.

9. Rejeito para ser transformado - Aqui o material que não for selecionado pelos operadores fica disponível para ser tranformando ou então irá para o aterro sanitário, já reduzido a uma pequena parte do montante.

Itens 7 e 8 são sugestões para a estrutura física, pode ser adequado conforme necessidade do usuário, não está incluso nas soluções Káukazus.
